About the Owner
Peter Flores began his career in 1985, working on naval bases and government housing projects in San Diego, California. In 1986, he relocated to the Bay Area, where he contributed to projects in Alameda’s Bridport communities and at El Rancho Verde on Chesters Drive in San Jose until 1989.
He completed the Union Paint Apprenticeship Program and, in 1993, became a licensed painting contractor. By 1995, Peter had expanded into repainting homeowners’ associations, while continuing to specialize in insurance restoration. Over the years, he has successfully executed a wide range of projects, from new construction painting to major rehabilitation work.
Peter holds a C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor License and NATEC EPA/AHERA Certification in asbestos and lead abatement. He is an active member of the Painting Contractors Association (PCA), the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO), and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
